Popular mt Kenya blogger Pauline Njoroge has now reacted after Deputy president Rigathi Gachagua said that there is no maize across the world.
Taking to her Facebook, Pauline Njoroge has slammed the second in command in his remarks concerning maize.
She says that Gachagua together with president William Ruto stated during the campaign that global dynamics do not affect the economy or the cost of living here in Kenya.
Pauline has questioned whether the two lied against president Uhuru Kenyatta or they’re doing it to redeem themselves.
This comes after Gachagua was interviewed by the media on Sunday night where he made the viral remarks.
“Rigathi is telling us that maize is not available anywhere in the world so that we do what with that information? He and his boss categorically stated during the campaign that global dynamics do not affect the economy or the cost of living here in Kenya. Were they lying then to demonize Uhuru or they are lying now to redeem themselves from all the broken promises?
