President William Ruto has on Sunday sent a message to media houses in the country Amid Azimio la umoja protests.

While answering questions from the press, the Head of State condemned any act of interrupting the media in any way.

Ruto who was addressing the nation while in state house, also cited that it is difficult to deal with unfair media but he will continue supporting them.

He said incase the media were in his position, they would have shut down the media because they have been against his government.

“We will continue supporting you irrespective of how your are biased against us… If you were in my position I know you would have switched the media..” Ruto said while adresssing the nation.
