Senator Ledama Olekina from Narok has acknowledged that he misses former President Uhuru Kenyatta.
Uhuru is a decent man, according to Ledama, who is happy to have him as a neighbor in the Narok county village of Kedong.

Following his tweet, a group of Kenyans filed a 2021 complaint against Uhuru for impeding the legislative process.
The supporter of Raila Odinga claimed on April 6, 2021, that the executive branch of the former president’s administration had taken control of parliament and was borrowing excessive amounts of money while the legislature was powerless to do anything about it.
One of the harshest opponents of the William Ruto administration and its members has been the outspoken senator.

The Narok senator asserted that the President’s letter to parliament suggesting the establishment of the position of opposition leader was a covert appeal for a political cease-fire with Raila Odinga. The president requested that other proposed constitutional amendments include the institutionalization of the opposition in a letter to both houses of parliament.
